No smoking of any kind indoors, including marijuana.
No pets, no unapproved pets or you will be charged an additional pet cleaning fee.
No parties or events.
Please be considerate of our home, treating it the same as you would your own home.
Pool rules posted in the pool area must be observed.
No loud noises or music that disturbs others.
Be respectful of neighbors after 10pm.

Pensacola Beach Rules

Keep off sand dunes and do not pick vegetation.
No charcoal or gas BBQ grills. Electric grills only (Escambia County fire safety code.)
No pets on the beach. (State law $500 fine.)
No glass containers on the beach. (State law $500 fine.)
No use of skateboards, rollerblades, or scooters.

TV - Operation

Power On, then press the Home button:

This will take you to a screen where you can choose between several options – 65" TV in the living room with Youtube TV and 43" TV in all bedrooms with Disney+, Netflix, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Prime Video.

Thermostat

Nest Thermostat. Set to cool in blue or heat in orange and roll the outside white ring to your desired temperature setting. Press entire unit in to toggle between settings. If the Nest unit comes loose just press it back onto its base.

Outdoor Hot Tub Jacuzzi

Use of Hot tub is At Your Own Risk.
Shower with soap and water before you come in.
Enter and exit the hot tub carefully.
Please no jumping or diving.
Do not bring glass in or near hot tub.
It is recommended not to sit in tub longer than 15 minutes.
Pregnant women must consult doctor before use.
Children must be supervised by an adult.
Cover must be on for unit to heat to set temperature (ie. 100 degrees and tub is at 90 it will take approx 4 hrs with cover on to heat up)
When using use two man lift to set cover to the side in yard
Please do not sit on cover or place heavy objects on cover.
Please do not use soaps or oils in the spa.
The float is a bromine tablet dispenser, please set to side when using.
Turn off high jets (close two air openings at top) when complete or will not heat.
Sprinkle cap full of non-chlorine cleaner (if available) into spa when finished using.

Other Household Information

Trash

We do not have a recycling service, so no need to sort trash. Please put the trash out in garbage cans. Pick up is Fridays to roll cans to the street. The bungee straps are to keep animals out of the trash.

Dishwasher

You can use tablet or liquid detergent. To run, first add a dishwasher tablet inside the washer, choose your wash settings on the top of the dishwasher door, hit start, and then close the dishwasher. Once the door is shut, the wash cycle will start.

Washer/Dryer

Please clean off the lint tray in the dryer after each load of laundry. If you need to use the dryer during your stay and find linens in there, please put them on the shelf in the laundry room.

For using the washer, you can put the detergent packets or liquid while loading the washer.

Pantry Items

Please clean out fridge but you can leave quality food items vs throwing in trash to include milk and eggs

Hot Water Heater

Our hot water is sourced from a tank, so therefore it is not limitless at a given time. It’s average run time is about 30-40 minutes of hot water. After the tank has been emptied it requires about 30-40 minutes to reheat another full tank of hot water.

Toilets

PLEASE only flush toilet paper. Our pipes are not able to handle feminine products, paper towels, Kleenex, floss, etc. These are the items removed from the pipes when we’ve had a backup.

Hand and dish soap provided, two or three trash bags, toilet paper, a few dishwasher tablets, and paper towels. You will need your own shampoo, body wash, and laundry detergent as required.
